Dawn Chang appears unfazed following Chie Filomeno’s social media callout regarding resurfaced claims from a past podcast interview.
On X (formerly Twitter), Chang shared stunning snaps of herself with the caption, “Best. Lash Extensions. Ever,” followed by the hashtag “#Ayumi.” Fans and netizens speculated that this might be Chang’s subtle reaction to Filomeno’s posts.
Last Friday, Filomeno directly addressed Chang in a series of tweets, writing, “Oh bakit nahiya ka pa pangalanan ako,” followed by laughing emojis. Filomeno denied Chang’s claims about a rehearsal incident, saying, “About the rehearsal, that NEVER happened. At alam ng prod sa Showtime yun. Your mouth is full of lies talaga no.”
Filomeno expressed her frustration with humor, adding, “Naka-move on na lahat. Tahimik na buhay ko, andoon pa din si ate mo Dawn. 2025 na, tumigil ka na kung hindi mo kaya mag name drop,” concluding with, “Last ko na to.”
(Everyone has moved on. My life is quiet, but there we have Dawn. It's 2025, stop it if you can't drop names.)
Both Chang and Filomeno were members of the now-defunct It’s Showtime girl group GirlTrends, which dissolved following controversies and criticisms during its run.
As of now, Chang has not directly addressed Filomeno’s tweets, leaving netizens to speculate if her recent post was her way of staying unbothered amidst the drama.
