After nearly a month of evading authorities, a man wanted for robbery was arrested by police in Parañaque City on Friday afternoon.
The Parañaque City Police Warrant and Subpoena Section, in a report sent to the Southern Police District, revealed that the 41-year-old suspect, identified only as alias “Vicente,” was apprehended in Barangay San Isidro. He had been hiding for almost a month before being tracked to his hideout.
Vicente was listed as the 10th most wanted person at the district level for January. His arrest came after a warrant was issued by Judge Anne Beatrice Aguana Balmaceda of the Parañaque City Regional Trial Court, Branch 195, on 18 December 2024.
The suspect, facing charges of robbery, is currently detained at the Parañaque City Police custodial facility, where he awaits further legal proceedings. Authorities are continuing their investigation as part of efforts to bring criminals to justice.
