Emerging Power Inc. (EPI), through its subsidiary Northern Palawan Power Generation Corp., will supply Adventpower Inc. and Adventenergy Inc., the retail electricity supplier units of Aboitiz Power Corp., with renewable energy from its new solar project.
EPI announced on Friday that the electricity will be sourced from the 70-megawatt Cawag Solar Power Project (Phase 1) located in Barrio Cawag, Subic Freeport Zone, Zambales.
The capacity allocated under the PSA will be essential in ensuring a stable supply of clean energy to Adventenergy and Adventpower’s clients from the commercial and industrial sectors.

The Cawag project plays a significant role in EPI’s renewable energy portfolio.
Phase 1 of the facility, with a total capacity of 70 MW, is part of EPI’s broader strategy to expand solar energy production and reduce the nation’s dependence on fossil fuels.
The agreement strengthens the long-term collaboration between EPI and AP, aligning with their shared vision to contribute to the national grid and advance the country’s clean energy and decarbonization goals.
