Filipino-American pop sensation Olivia Rodrigo continues to demonstrate her generosity and compassion as she announced that over $2 million in net proceeds from her GUTS World Tour will be donated to ten global charities that champion women’s education and reproductive health.
As the holiday season draws near, Olivia embraces the spirit of giving, using her immense influence in the music industry to support marginalized communities worldwide. Through her Fund 4 Good initiative, she reaffirms her commitment to creating an equitable and just future for women and girls by supporting grassroots organizations focused on education, reproductive rights, and preventing gender-based violence.
The donations will benefit ten organizations across the globe, including the Philippines:
Aidha (Singapore)
Harmony House Limited (Hong Kong)
Jhpiego (the Philippines)
Korea Foundation for Women
National Network of Abortion Funds (United States)
NPO Women’s Saya-Saya (Japan)
The Pratthanadee Foundation (Thailand)
Wesnet (Australia)
Women Against Violence Europe
Women’s Shelters Canada
Notably, Olivia personally visited Jhpiego during her recent trip to the Philippines. The non-profit organization provides gender-sensitive sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) services to women and girls in six marginalized regions of the country.
The pop star previously had her biggest crowd yet at the Philippine Arena on 5 October, which she called the “most special show and the most meaningful trip” of her life.
Reflecting on her sold-out Philippine Arena concert on October 5, Olivia described it as “the most special show and the most meaningful trip” of her life. In a heartfelt concert recap shared on 4 December, she became emotional backstage, expressing her gratitude and connection to her fellow Filipino.
“I was just thinking about my family the whole time…I don’t know, it’s just beautiful,” she said tearfully.
“I’m so grateful everyone came. It was so much fun. I just feel like the luckiest girl that ever lived,” she added.
Known for her chart-topping hits such as “drivers license,” “deja vu,” “vampire,” and “good 4 u,” Olivia Rodrigo proves that her heart is as big as her talent, using her platform to inspire positive change.
