As the holidays draw near, more and more Filipinos are flocking to airports to celebrate with family, friends, and loved ones. The holiday season is an important time for Filipinos. Ask any of them, and they will say, "Iba talaga ang Pasko sa Pilipinas."

This is especially true for Filipinos who work and live abroad. There is a sense of yearning that drives them to travel back to the country and spend the holidays with their loved ones.

However, this also means that airports will be busy and overcrowded with passengers who either want to reach the airport or head home after long flights, making it difficult to catch a ride to or from the airport.

They need not worry, though, as Grab Philippines is making it easier for homebound Filipinos to navigate the busy streets and overwhelming crowds around Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).

Be Present Bus

Grab introduces the "Be Present Bus," a free shuttle service that connects travelers from NAIA Terminals 2 and 3 directly to the One Ayala Terminal.

As the holidays approach, ride-hailing services are facing increased demand. According to Grab Philippines' historical data, ride bookings spike by as much as 45 percent during the second and third weeks of December, placing significant strain on available vehicles. With limited ride-hailing options, traffic congestion, and high demand for transport, getting from NAIA to one's destination can become a frustrating experience.

Travelers can avail themselves of Grab's Be Present Bus service from 12 to 14 and 19 to 21 December, operating daily between 1:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Those arriving at either NAIA Terminal 2 or 3 can find Grab marshals stationed at the arrival halls to guide them to the pick-up points at Terminal 2 (Bay 5) and Terminal 3 (Bay 4).

To board the bus, passengers need only to register and present their Grab app to the marshals.
