The Manila Department of Social Welfare (MDSW) is enlisting the affected residents of the fifth-alarm fire in Sta. Cruz, Manila.
A staff member clarified that they are not distributing financial aid on the spot. However, the Manila LGU will be providing hot meals later this morning.
