Accor, Tytans Properties to open the world’s largest Pullman Hotel in Cebu
The upscale beachfront resort and residences will feature a total of 1,100 room, with 200 rooms designated for the hotel and 900 rooms for the branded residences. This makes it the largest Pullman property in the world.

"Today is a proud moment for Tytans Properties," said Gerard Tan, chairman of Cebu-based Tytans Properties and Development Inc., on the successful contract signing between Accor and Tytans for the construction of the billion-peso Pullman Mactan Cebu Hotel and Residences. The formal agreement was held 26 February at the Tambuli Seaside Resort & Spa in Mactan, Cebu.
"Accor, renowned for its exceptional hospitality, and Tytans properties, known for its innovative real estate development, team up to create a powerful synergy that we know will set new standards in the industry," Tan added.

Accor, the renowned global hospitality brand synonymous with luxury, will oversee the management of the upscale property under its innovative Pullman brand that's well-known for its cutting-edge concepts.
Set to start construction in 2025 and open its doors in 2028, Pullman Mactan Cebu Hotel and Residences will sit inside the 120,000-sqm estate of Tytan Properties Development that currently houses the Tambuli Seaside Resort and Spa.
The upscale beachfront resort and residences will feature a total of 1,100 rooms, with 200 rooms designated for the hotel and 900 rooms for the branded residences. This makes it the largest Pullman property in the world.
The project will consist of three towers, each topped with a penthouse. It will offer modern amenities and full-service facilities, such as trendy restaurants, stylish lounges, shared recreational areas and innovative workspaces for the enjoyment of both guests and residents.
