To mark this milestone, Francine released photos on her Instagram where she presents an edgier look. It's a far cry from the peaches and cream dream theme of her 18th birthday. Featuring fishnet stockings and gloves, it feels like a take on Audrey Hepburn's "Breakfast at Tiffany's" famous black cocktail dress, but with a fringe-y twist.
