In celebration of the 267th founding anniversary of the province of Bataan, SM City Bataan participated in the “Parada ng Selebrasyon and Pagdiriwang,” a vibrant celebration that commenced from the Plaza Mayor de Balanga to The Bunker @ Capitol.

Employees of SM City Bataan were not only part of this parade but also orchestrated various initiatives to contribute to the festivities.

These included Bataan Deals, offering shoppers discounts up to 50 percent from 11 to 14 January at participating tenants.

‘Hatak Takbo Bataan’

Additionally, in collaboration with the Provincial Veterinary Office, SM City Bataan organized the successful “Hatak Takbo Bataan” (pawSM edition), where both fur babies and their fur parents enthusiastically participated in a race that kicked off at the mall.

This event also extended its support by providing free consultations, check-ups, and vaccines for pets through Hataw Takbo Bataan at SM City Bataan.

As a final touch to the commemoration of Bataan  Day, SM City Bataan hosted a meet and greet with Sunkissed Lola at the mall, allowing Bataenos to personally connect with the talented artist behind the popular song “Pasilyo.”
