ILOCOS NORTE – Personnel of San Nicolas PNP led by Police Major Eduardo Santos, conducted an entrapment operation against an express rider for allegedly selling illegal firecrackers, along the vicinity of Barangay 3, San Ildefonso of San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, at around 9:40 PM on Friday, 29 December.

The suspect, identified as Joven Anthony Ramos, 28, and an express rider, were arrested after allegedly selling to a buy-bust cop, three firecrackers locally known as "Mother Cows" and one improvised firecracker.
