An individual was arrested by operatives from the Manila Police District Station 6 after he was caught on video entering the house of his victim and committed robbery early Saturday morning.

Police identified the suspect as Mark Kenneth Supnet, alias Mac-Mac, who was nabbed by authorities after being caught having assorted pieces of jewelry stolen from the victim's house.

However, the P5,000 in cash that was also taken was never recovered.

According to the victim identified as Vernalyn Manimba, she and her family were asleep when the suspect broke into their house at around 2 a.m. and the victim's child saw the suspect pass by the living room on his way to the barangay hall to file a complaint.

The police were able to identify the suspect from the CCTV footage and arrested him. Supnet will be charged with violation of Article 308 of the Revised Penal Code at the Manila City Prosecutors Office.
