Quezon City Police District Chief, P/Brig. Gen. Redrico 'Red' Maranan expressed his gratitude for the unwavering support of the Quezon City Bangsamoro Affairs Service headed by Ret. Col. Jameel Jaymalin and the delegates of Muslim leaders when they paid a courtesy visit Wednesday at the QCPD Social Hinirang Hall.

The visit aimed to emphasize the significant role that collaboration and unity play in promoting peace and security between law enforcement and the Muslim community. It also showcased the steadfast support of Muslim leaders from diverse communities for Maranan as the District Director of QCPD.

During the visit, QCPD and Muslim community leaders had a unique and valuable opportunity to come together and engage in open dialogue. The 60 Muslim representatives who attended from Districts 1 to 6 were able to address mutual concerns and explore various avenues for cooperation, fostering a sense of understanding and collaboration.

Highlighted during the visit was the "Manifesto ng Pagsuporta" ng mga Muslim Leaders sa liderato ni PBGEN Maranan. This manifesto reflects the Muslim community's commitment to working closely with the police force to build a safer and more inclusive society.

Representing various organizations and communities, the Muslim leaders conveyed their appreciation for the District Director's commitment to inclusivity and his efforts in creating an environment of trust and cooperation.

Maranan reiterated the QCPD's dedication to providing every resident with safety and security, regardless of their religion or cultural background. He also complimented the visiting Muslim leaders for their time and willingness to support his leadership.
