John Cabang reset the national record after clocking in 13.53 seconds in the men's 110-meter hurdles in the 2023 Spanish Athletics Championships in Torrent Spain on Monday (Manila time).
Cabang took home the silver medal in the tournament after eclipsing his previous record of 13.65 seconds he set last June at the Campeonato de Esukadi in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain.
