Ricci Rivero aired his side of the story for the first time since the "rumors" regarding the reason for his recent breakup with actress Andrea Brillantes surfaced.

During his interview with the talk show "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda", the basketball player confirmed that Brillantes did see a girl in his condo unit.

However, he was quick to defend himself regarding the matter.

"Hindi po akin 'yung girl… May papuntang friend ako nu'ng midnight or madaling araw sa condo, tapos 'di ko naman alam na may kasama siya, 'yun ang inabutan niya that time," Rivero said.
