Reigning Miss Universe R'Bonney Gabriel of the United States flaunts her elegant terno created by renowned fashion designer Mark Bumgarner on social media.

The Fil-Am beauty queen donned the terno during the Miss Universe Philippines 2023 Fashion and Charity Gala Night held at Okada Manila in Parañaque City on Wednesday.

In an Instagram post, Bumgarner described his creation as the "dress meant for a queen" and that there is a "touch of Filipiñana magic embodied in its butterfly sleeves".
