Sen. Bong Go continues to push for more initiatives to build a safer and more resilient Philippines as his team mounted a two-day relief operation for quake-hit communities in Tineg, Abra on 1 and 2 December.
Go's team mounted the relief operations at the municipal gymnasium where they distributed masks and snacks to 1,140 quake victims. They also provided bicycles, cellular phones, shoes, and balls for basketball to select beneficiaries.
Meanwhile, the Department of Social Welfare and Development extended financial aid through its Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation program.
