Shinee's Minho is going solo.
The K-pop idol is gearing up for his debut solo album since joining the four-member group.
According to SM Entertainment, Minho's agency, the singer-songwriter is looking at a December release for his album.
But this isn't the first time Minho — born Choi Minho — did solo projects.
"I'm Home" and "Heartbreak" from SM Station are some of the songs he solely worked on, as well as Japanese tracks "Romeo and Juliet" and "Falling Free."
Minho is also a popular actor who has appeared in series such as Hwarang: The Poet Warrior Youth, My First Time, Somehow 18, among others.
He has likewise hosted award shows like the 28th Golden Disc Awards, MBC Gayo Daejejeon, and the One K Global Peace Concert which was held in the Philippines in 2017.
He and TVQ's Changmin cohost the golf-travel series Chang Minho's Buddy Birdie. Minho has also joined King of Golf Season 2.
Minho debuted as a member of Shinee alongside Onew, Key, Taemin and Jonghyun in 2008.
