Stephen Joseph Szuhar, an American national who flew in from Brazil via Doha, Qatar, was arrested by a combined team of agents from the Bureau of Customs Port of NAIA, Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency, and NAIA Inter-Agency Drug Interdiction Task Group.
BOC-NAIA officers said foreign intelligence sources tipped them that Szuhar, who boarded Qatar Airways flight QR932 from Doha, Qatar, was carrying illegal drugs.
