The two-day REV Major started off with a literal spark — an unintended one from an overhead bulb — that took less than an hour to resolve but nonetheless pushed the interviews to the second day last 18 September.
Overall, the gaming event opened and closed to great cheers from attendees and competitors, and even from the small number of cosplayers who spiced up things with their costumes.
The booths, manned by the good folk from Long Live Play.ph and Retro Rev, had a stream of people.
The same held true for the tournament pools with non-participants either watching or waiting for the chance to try out the skills they've managed to glean from the participants.
Day two was jampacked with the competitions climaxing with the winners emerging from the tough battles at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City.
