PARAÑAQUE CITY — The Parañaque City government will implement traffic rerouting and road restrictions from 16 to 18 November 2026 to facilitate the movement of delegates attending the 49th ASEAN Summit and Related Summits in Metro Manila.

The city's Traffic and Parking Management Office (TPMO) released a rerouting plan identifying restricted road sections and designated lanes for official delegations, particularly along J.W. Diokno Boulevard, Aseana Avenue and Bradco Avenue.

Under the advisory, sections of J.W. Diokno Boulevard leading toward Bradco Avenue are marked for restricted access, while a special lane along Aseana Avenue will accommodate official summit vehicles.

The traffic plan also identifies designated routes for delegations traveling from Okada Manila, Solaire Resort and City of Dreams toward Bradco Avenue.

The TPMO warned motorists and commuters of possible traffic congestion and travel delays in the affected areas during the three-day summit.

Motorists were advised to allow additional travel time, observe traffic signs and follow instructions from traffic personnel deployed along the affected roads.

The city government said the traffic measures are intended to maintain public safety and orderly vehicle movement while facilitating the transportation of foreign delegates and other summit participants.

Meanwhile, Malacañang has declared 16 to 18 November as special non-working days throughout Metro Manila under Proclamation No. 1447 to help ease traffic congestion and support security preparations for the international gathering.

The TPMO urged the public to monitor its official announcements for further updates on traffic restrictions and road access arrangements.
