The Reserve by Primehomes has won the much-coveted gold and silver plums in two separate categories at the FIABCI-Philippines Property and Real Estate Excellence Awards 2026 recently.

The Reserve won the gold in the Mid-Rise category and the silver in sustainable development. Both further reinforced the position of Primehomes as among Quezon City’s most breakthrough-driven developers.

Presenting the honors to Primehomes chairman Arch. Nathaniel L. Romero was former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.
