Security Bank Capital also advised or arranged bond deals for Bank of Commerce, SM Prime Holdings, Filinvest Land, Aboitiz Power, Ayala Land, Metro Pacific Tollways Corp., Petron Corp. and its parent company, Security Bank Corp.
The firm separately arranged P23.3 billion in private debt transactions, supporting projects tied to energy security, infrastructure development and financial inclusion.
