Suzuki Philippines has started construction of Suzuki Auto Iguig, a new dealership that will serve customers in Cagayan and nearby areas.

The facility will operate as a 3S dealership that handles vehicle sales, service and spare parts. It will rise along the National Highway in Barangay Sta. Teresa, Iguig, Cagayan.

Elite North Autocars Inc. will run the dealership under dealer principal Alejandrino Alexis San Juan. Suzuki Auto Iguig will be the group’s fourth Suzuki outlet once construction is complete. The branch will add another location to the carmaker’s network in Northern Luzon.

Plans call for a showroom with room for six vehicles and four service bays. The service area will allow the branch to handle maintenance and repairs locally. Suzuki owners in the area will have another option outside larger commercial centers.

Suzuki Philippines director and general manager Norihide Takei joined the groundbreaking ceremony with San Juan and other executives from Elite North Autocars. Iguig Mayor Judith Trinidad and Vice Mayor Ferdinand Trinidad also attended.

Takei congratulated the dealer group and said the branch would make Suzuki vehicles and customer service more accessible to residents of Cagayan.

He also described the dealership as an investment in customer relations and local mobility. Takei said the project could open new opportunities within the community once the outlet begins operations.

Suzuki Philippines has not announced the dealership’s expected completion date or opening schedule.
