Whizkey Technology Services Inc. has launched as a managed services provider (MSP), offering Philippine businesses end-to-end IT management without the cost of building large in-house teams.
Founded by the owners of Global Sapphire Filipinas Inc. (GSI), an IT systems integrator with over 20 years of experience, Whizkey draws on expertise in data center modernization, virtualization, networking, cybersecurity, and software solutions.
According to Whizkey president and CEO Mary Ann Palad, many companies struggle to manage increasingly complex IT environments due to a shortage of skilled personnel.
“About 50 percent of our customers face manpower and skills shortages, with some IT administrators managing up to 10 different IT tools at the same time,” Palad said.
The company also estimates that 70 percent of businesses continue to deprioritize investments in cybersecurity despite growing digital threats.
Whizkey offers managed services that cover system monitoring, governance, patch management, capacity planning, incident preparedness, and 24/7 support for mission-critical operations.
