NOT just offices anymore IWG is bringing its first Humanly center to the Philippines, turning flexible workspaces into purpose-built hubs for healthcare, wellness and professional services while expanding its nationwide network.
International Workplace Group (IWG) is expanding its Philippine footprint with five new flexible workspace centers in 2026, including the country’s first Humanly healthcare and wellness hub in Casiguran, Aurora.
The expansion includes HQ Plaza Helena in Panglao, Bohol; Regus Island Central Mactan in Lapu-Lapu City; Regus Savya Financial Center and Regus Alveo Park Triangle Tower in Taguig City; and Humanly APECO Super Health Center in Aurora
Designed for organizations of all sizes, the new locations offer co-working spaces, private offices, and meeting rooms. The Humanly center, meanwhile, provides purpose-built consultation rooms, therapy suites, treatment rooms and reception facilities for healthcare, wellness, beauty and fitness professionals.
IWG said the expansion supports growing demand for hybrid work and flexible office solutions beyond Metro Manila. The company aims to grow its Philippine network to 76 centers by the end of 2026, adding 29 locations nationwide.
“Businesses no longer want their capital tied up in fixed office space. They’d rather invest in people, products, and growth while we handle the workspace,” said Rowena Natividad, IWG Philippines country manager.
