A suspected drug pusher was arrested during a buy-bust operation in Barangay San Juan, Ternate, Cavite.
The suspect, identified only by the alias “Robi,” whose age was not disclosed, was arrested by the joint operatives of the Ternate Municipal Police Station and the Warrant Section of the Cavite Police Provincial Office.
Authorities recovered about two grams of suspected illegal drugs valued at nearly P10,000.
Police said the suspect allegedly attempted to draw a .38-caliber revolver loaded with three rounds of ammunition but was immediately subdued by the arresting officers.
The suspect will face charges for violating Republic Act 9165 and Republic Act 10591.
