UnionBank has launched its first Online Developer Fair, giving prospective homebuyers digital access to more than 40 residential projects while offering financing incentives aimed at making homeownership more affordable.
The online fair, running from 6 to 31 July, allows customers to browse lots, townhouses, residential condominiums and house-and-lot packages from participating property developers through UnionBank’s home loan platform.
Homeownership goals into reality
“We’re focused on helping customers turn their homeownership goals into reality. Our first Online Developer’s Fair makes it easier for them to connect with trusted developers and access the right financing options — so customers can move forward with clarity and confidence,” said Mukul Sukhani, UnionBank Cards and Loans head.
Customers whose home loan applications are approved during the fair will receive a P20,000 bank fee waiver from UnionBank. Participating developers are also offering discounts of up to 12 percent on selected properties.
Participating developers
Among the participating developers are Aboitiz Land, Empire East Land Holdings, Suntrust Properties, Cebu Landmasters, Filinvest Land, Filinvest Alabang, Greenfield Development Corp., Shang Wack Wack Properties, Property Company of Friends, Moldex Realty and Phinma Property Holdings.
“We see ourselves as partners in our customers’ journey — bringing together digital innovation, trusted developer networks, and tailored financing to help them take the next step toward a life unlocked,” said Konstantin Beloglazov, Portfolio Lending head.
