Enchanted Kingdom (EK) capped its June celebrations with a series of Pride Month and Father's Day activities highlighting inclusivity, family bonding, and entertainment.
The events marked the conclusion of the theme park's "Forever Enchanted Summer" campaign, which featured seasonal attractions and special experiences for guests throughout the month.
The festivities began with Magic of EKquality: A Celebration of Pride Talents, held on 7, 13, and 14 June at the Bandstand. The program featured performances from members of the LGBTQIA+ community, including Magic of EKquality Talent Competition 2024 grand winner Alquin Gutierrez, World Supremacy Battlegrounds International 2023 finalist Vivacious, indie-pop singer-songwriter Rhodessa, and Asia's Trans Dual Diva Sephy Francisco.
For Father's Day, EK brought back its Forever Enchanted Father's Day specials during the third and fourth weekends of June.
Theme park characters Faerie King and Balasik welcomed fathers with complimentary body care and relaxation services at Eldar's Theater. The event also featured performances by Viva Records artists Dana Pauline and Jehramae, while EK's resident P-pop girl group concluded its seasonal "SMS Summer Blast" musical show with a finale performance.
The Kingsmen vocal group also paid tribute to fathers through weekend performances at the Bandstand.
Other Father's Day attractions included the Fun Kart's Rev Up Speed Showdown, High Striker's Dad's Ultimate Strike, and a car display and test-drive experience.
EK also announced the return of its regular operating schedule from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. every Friday to Sunday until 30 August. Beginning 1 September, the park will operate from Thursday to Sunday, also from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Guests may also avail themselves of the "Sip the Magic!" promo in partnership with Coca-Cola until 9 August. The P1,400 bundle includes one Regular Day Pass and a complimentary beverage featuring Coca-Cola's newest drinks. The offer is available for walk-in purchases and through the EK Online Store.
