To bolster the capabilities of its fleet, Skyway Airlines has added another Skyracer aircraft that will be based at Clark International Airport (CRK).
On 3 July, Skyracer 3.0 arrived at CRK, becoming Skyway Airlines’ third aircraft and marking a significant expansion for the carrier as well as supporting Clark’s bid to become the country’s cargo and logistics gateway.
Skyway Airlines utilizes CRK as a key entry and exit point for cargo operations, supporting efforts to position the Philippines as a transshipment and cargo hub in Southeast Asia.
Skyway Airlines is the first Philippine-owned all-cargo airline, operating express air freight services using dedicated freighters. Headquartered in Parañaque City, with hubs in Manila and Clark, the company transports general cargo, specialized goods, and dangerous materials on both domestic and international routes.
The new Skyracer 3.0 is a Boeing 737-400F freighter with an 18-tonne payload capacity.
Its domestic network connects major hubs, including Clark (CRK), Manila (MNL), Cebu (CEB), Davao (DVO), and Cagayan de Oro (CGY).
Its international routes serve destinations across Asia, including Hong Kong, Macau, Bangkok, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Bangladesh.
