Happy moments are always best shared with great company and an overflowing spread of food. DAILY TRIBUNE marked its 26th year with a heartfelt gathering filled with gratitude, stories and shared meals.
This year’s anniversary reflected the grit and passion that have defined the publication since day one. From the successful release of its 200-page anniversary issue to the continued expansion of its reach across Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, DAILY TRIBUNE has grown both in print and in the digital space. Its rising engagement is driven by meaningful and well-crafted content.
But beyond the numbers and milestones, the celebration was also about the people and the community that made it all possible. Partners, collaborators and friends came together, bringing not just support, but also flavors that made the occasion even more memorable.
The table was filled with familiar favorites and indulgent treats. Along with the iconic siopao from Kowloon House came a delightful charcuterie spread courtesy of Denza, and beloved Filipino dishes like dinuguan and puto, barbecue, pansit and crispy fried chicken from Goldilocks. Adding sweetness to the celebration was a triple treat of rich and luscious caramel cakes that quickly became a crowd favorite.
Refreshing beverages flowed generously, with Coca-Cola products including the classic Coke, Sprite and Royal, alongside their zero sugar options and Wilkins water. Aboitiz Foundation sent a huge cake with warm well wishes, while City of Dreams shared their greetings along with a decadent chocolate cake. Savoy Hotel Manila also joined the celebration with a variety of Filipino pastries and a thoughtful message. To top it all off, McDonald’s provided chicken and rice meals that truly brought smiles, making it a fitting “happy meal” for everyone.
More than just a feast, it was also a day to reflect on our journey, with a fitting thanksgiving mass to start our day. DAILY TRIBUNE remains grateful to those who have stayed, supported and believed in its mission through the years, as well as to the new friends it continues to meet along the way.
