CAMP FRANCISCO S. MACABULOS, Tarlac City — A regional most wanted person facing two counts of rape was among six high-value fugitives arrested in synchronized manhunt operations across Tarlac on Wednesday, police said.

The suspect, listed as the Top 5 Regional Most Wanted Person, was apprehended in Tarlac City. Authorities also arrested five provincial most wanted persons in separate operations in Paniqui, Bamban, La Paz, and Tarlac City.

The arrests were carried out by joint teams from municipal police stations, Provincial Mobile Force Companies, intelligence units, and the Regional Mobile Force Battalion 3 based on warrants issued by various courts.

“These arrests prove our unwavering commitment to uphold the rule of law. We will not stop until all those evading justice are held accountable, and peace and security for every Tarlaqueño is secured,” said Col. Harry R. Lorenzo III, acting provincial director of the Tarlac Police Provincial Office.

Central Luzon police director Brig. Gen. Jess Mendez commended the Tarlac police units for the successful operations, citing strong coordination among law enforcement teams as key to the simultaneous arrests.
