Chevrolet has opened a full 3S dealership in the Baguio area as it expands its network in Northern Luzon.
Hariphil Asia Resources Inc.(HARI), the official distributor of Chevrolet in the Philippines, inaugurated Chevrolet Baguio with Laus Auto Group. The dealership now handles sales, service and spare parts under one facility.
Chevrolet Baguio is located at 125 Marcos Highway in Barangay Poblacion, Tuba, Benguet. It serves customers from Baguio, Benguet and nearby areas in Northern Luzon.
The dealership has a showroom that can display up to four vehicles. Its service area has three bays for regular maintenance and repair work. Customers can also access genuine Chevrolet parts and after-sales support at the site.
HARI vice chairman, president and CEO Maria Fe Perez-Agudo led the inauguration. She was joined by Laus Group of Companies president Paul Tristan A. Laus, vice president and executive director Carisa A. Laus, executive vice president and Group COO Alfie M. Adriano, Laus Auto Group managing director Froilan G. Dytiangquin and Chevrolet Laus Auto Group Operations Group head Shiela D. Salita.
Baguio City Mayor Benjamin B. Magalong attended the event. Also present were Atty. George S. Fukai III, who represented the mayor of Tuba, Benguet, and assistant secretary Markus V. Lacanilao of the Land Transportation Office, Central Office. General Motors Southeast Asia Sales Operations general manager Anatolio Enderez also joined the ceremony.
Perez-Agudo said the opening strengthens Chevrolet’s presence in Northern Luzon and supports the brand’s plan to make its products and services easier to reach for customers in the region.
The new facility gives Chevrolet owners in the area a closer option for vehicle purchase, maintenance, repair and parts needs. It also adds to the brand’s dealership network as HARI continues to build its automotive operations across the country.
