Filinvest’s luxury property developer, Filigree, is entering 2026 with multiple projects hitting key milestones, signaling steady expansion beyond its Metro South stronghold while reinforcing its position in the upscale residential market.
Backed by years of deliberate development, the brand is expanding its portfolio while maintaining a focus on master-planned communities, architectural integrity and sustainability standards.
The move comes as demand for premium residential developments remains resilient in key urban hubs, with Clark in Pampanga emerging as a major growth corridor outside Metro Manila.
Within Filinvest City, Filigree’s flagship district in Alabang, several developments are advancing. The first tower of Botanika Nature Residences is now welcoming residents, while its second tower reached structural completion in 2025. Bristol at Parkway Place has been fully sold out, and 1001 Parkway Residences continues to rise as a new high-rise address in the area.
The company is also extending its reach outside Metro Manila through Golf Ridge Private Estate, located in Filinvest Mimosa Plus in Clark, Pampanga. The project marks Filigree’s expansion into Central Luzon, bringing its design-led and low-density residential approach to a fast-developing district.
In addition to geographic expansion, Filigree is introducing a refreshed visual identity this year, described as a refinement aligned with the company’s direction and growth.
“Filigree has reached remarkable milestones over the past few years, and we are excited by what lies ahead,” Filigree Head Daphne Sanchez said. “Our direction may expand, but our philosophy remains: true luxury is a way of life.”
Among its developments, 1001 Parkway Residences earned a five-star distinction for Best Residential High-Rise Architecture in the Philippines at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2024-2025. Botanika Nature Residences, meanwhile, received a five-star BERDE rating and a three-star Health and Well-Being certification from the Philippine Green Building Council.
