A sexagenarian and two others were arrested at a raid on a drug den in Barangay Muzon South in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan on 21 February 2026.
According to the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Region 3, the 64-year old drug den operator identified as alias "LOLO" was arrested inside a makeshift drug den in the afternoon of Saturday.
The operation also resulted in the arrest of two other suspects and confiscation of suspected shabu worth P40,800.00.
PDEA Bulacan chief identified the other two arrested suspects as: alias Boyet, male, 35 years old; and alias Jay, male, 48 years old.
Operating teams recovered six pieces of plastic transparent sachets containing approximately six grams valued at P40,800.00, assorted sniffing paraphernalia, and the buy-bust money used by the undercover agent.
PDEA said the operation was launched based on a report from a confidential informant.
The operation was conducted by joint operatives led by PDEA Bulacan Provincial Office along with PNP Provincial Intelligence Team Bulacan East Regional Intelligence Unit 3.
Appropriate charges under Republic Act 9165,, also known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, will be filed against the arrested suspects.
