Duterte loyalists lead signature campaign to 'Bring Him Home Alive'

Supporters write messages and sign their signatures for detained former President Rodrigo Duterte during a signature drive along A. Mabini Street in Ermita, Manila, on Sunday, 22 February 2026, a day before his pre-trial hearing at the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague, Netherlands, on 23 February. Members of the Tay Kami Naman! Movement, which organized the campaign, said the initiative began last November out of frustration following Duterte’s arrest. The former president is currently in ICC custody as he faces charges of alleged crimes against humanity in connection with his administration’s war on drugs.
