“Luxury for Bern Baguio is peace,” said group head Eda Tambologan perfectly.

In a world where we have more things to do as we get older — work, family and that never-ending hustle — doesn’t true luxury sound like a peaceful haven?

It’s that ideal place where responsibilities flow rather than conflict. A place where you have  enough energy to get you through the day’s work and still have more time for hobbies. A place where there is  time to spend with loved ones, or simply, a time and place to...breathe easy.

Bern Baguio is spot on.

“From the enduring footprints of Crosswinds Tagaytay, we are now bringing the signature style to Bern Baguio,” shared Bern division head Joshua Cabungan.

Fancy hazy mountains surrounded by Swiss cottages. Peak vistas for city breaks that become complete getaways, basking in peace at the highest point in Baguio.

Your swiss-inspired slice of heaven

Bern Baguio is launching its first luxury condo in the City of Pines.

Four of the towers have that classic Alpine glow. As you enter, however, you’ll discover that it’s incredibly cozy, with artwork from the Cordillera, calming vibes and comforts that envelop you like a warm blanket. Unwind, eat and have fun at this upscale chalet in tranquil privacy.

Head of planning architect Gether Angelo Quintos said, “Create a space of unparalleled interaction with the nature of Baguio, where the users enjoy firsthand experience of the cool breeze and scenic views in their balconies while enjoying the set of pine trees within their reach.”

These days, who doesn’t long for a “live-work-play” lifestyle? No commuting for fun in places where home also equals leisure. Malls, green places and exclusives are all well blended by Brittany. Have visions of tranquility on tap? Your name is being called by Bern Baguio.

Peace amid Baguio’s buzz

Like Crosswinds’ Alpine oasis in Tagaytay surrounded by 35,000 pines, Bern delivers alpine exteriors, cozy interiors infused with Cordillera flair, and everything for relax-eat-play.

Its four towers embody tranquility, loaded with lifestyle perks. Brittany Corporation formally marked the commencement of EIGER Tower at Bern Baguio attended by group head Eda Tambologan, Bern division head Joshua Cabungan, and planning head.

Spacious units invite lazy lounging, with Eiger’s Jacuzzis and family zones perfect for those warm, heartfelt moments.

As Quintos noted, “This project prioritizes sustainable design through a systematic approach — maximizing natural light and ventilation, centralized rainwater harvesting, a built-in waste management plan and preserving adjacent pine trees.”

For those in need of an active reset after work, Alpstein provides a gym, sauna, yoga and Pilates. With views of the Cordillera from decks, game rooms, resident-only fire pits and special events inspired by Swiss mountains, Appenzell appeals.

You can experience Baguio’s relaxed pace just a few hours away from Manila’s bustle, with museums, parks and delicious restaurants all close by for easy family enjoyment. Make self-care a priority and establish limits; Bern makes it easy. Baguio is the best place to be — at the end of a long and tiring day.
