Some 178 beneficiaries received free consultation in the Provincial Government's Eye Care Program at the Occupational Health Clinic in the Provincial Capitol Compound at Brgy. Suklayin in the town of Baler, Aurora on January 29, 2026.

In the said 178 patients, 113 from Central Aurora were examined, 78 underwent follow up checkup and 35 get new consultation.

In the Dinalungan, Casiguran and Dilasag (DICADI) area, some 65 patients were examined wherein 50 underwent follow-up checkup and 15 having new consultation.

Dr. Sherwin Hernandez and his colleagues led the consulation.

Nurse Shiela reiterated the proper eye care to avoid complications, including common conditions such as cataract, galuvoma, and other conditions.

Thru programa like this, the Provincial Government of Aurora delivers affordable medical services to the residents of the province.
