Police authorities in southern Metro Manila arrested two individuals listed among the most wanted in Parañaque and Muntinlupa during operations conducted this week.
In Parañaque, authorities arrested a 36-year-old man, alias “Jayson,” who ranked eighth on the city police station’s most wanted list for the month. He was apprehended around 2:50 p.m. on Tuesday in Fourth Estate Subdivision, Barangay San Antonio.
The arrest was based on a warrant for qualified theft issued on January 5 by the Regional Trial Court Branch 260 in Parañaque, with no recommended bail. He is currently detained at the Parañaque police custodial facility.
Meanwhile, in Muntinlupa, a 45-year-old man, alias “Rodolfo,” tagged as the fourth most wanted in the city for the same month, was nabbed during an operation at around 6:30 p.m. on the same day at his residence in Barangay Tunasan.
The arrest stemmed from a warrant for attempted murder, with bail set at P120,000.
“Rodolfo” will remain detained pending the issuance of a commitment order from the court.
