Bulacan police arrested the municipality’s Most Wanted Person during the service of a warrant of arrest in Barangay San Nicolas, Bulakan, Bulacan on 13 January 2026.
The arrest was carried out by the 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC), in coordination with the Bulakan Municipal Police Station (MPS), the Provincial Intelligence and Detection Management Unit (PIDMU), and the 301st Maneuver Company of the Regional Mobile Force Battalion (RMFB).
According to Acting Force Commander Police Major Norheda G. Usma, the suspect was identified as alias “Romeo,” a 38-year-old resident of Barangay San Nicolas.
The suspect was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest for Qualified Rape under Criminal Case No. 6956-M-2025, with no recommended bail, and Rape by Sexual Assault under Criminal Case No. 6957-M-2025, with bail set at P200,000.
Both warrants were issued on December 1, 2025 by Hon. Theresa Genevieve N. Co, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court Branch 17 in Malolos City, Bulacan.
After the arrest, the accused underwent proper documentation and medical examination. The warrants of arrest were subsequently served back to the court for proper disposition.
