Lawmakers from the House of Representatives and the Senate of the Philippines—including Representatives Allan Ty, Marcelino Libanan, Jesus Romualdo, Javier Lopez Benitez, Jose Alvarez, Albert Garcia, Congress Chairperson Mikaela Suansing, Senate Chairperson Sherwin Gatchalian, and Senators Loren Legarda, Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan, and JV Ejercito—signed the committee report for the General Appropriations Bill for fiscal year 2026 at the Philippine International Convention Center in Pasay City on Sunday, 28 December 2025. The bill is set for ratification.
