UnionBank offers exclusive MICHELIN dining experience
Published on

UnionBank has launched an exclusive dining initiative to mark the arrival of the MICHELIN Guide in the Philippines, offering select credit cardholders access to curated experiences led by MICHELIN-recognized chefs.

The program, called the Star Course Series, is open by invitation to principal UnionBank Visa Credit Cardholders and is positioned as a celebration of Filipino culinary talent following the release of the MICHELIN Guide’s inaugural Philippine edition, which recognized 108 local restaurants.

“The MICHELIN Guide’s arrival in the Philippines is more than a culinary milestone—it’s a moment of national pride. UnionBank is honored to celebrate this historic achievement by giving our cardholders exclusive access to experiences that showcase Filipino talent on the global stage,” said Mukul Sukhani, head of cards and loans at UnionBank.

The first Star Course Series dinner is set for 7 April 2026, at Celera, a MICHELIN-starred restaurant known for its pan-Asian cuisine. The one-night event will feature a collaborative menu by Celera chefs Nicco Santos and Quenee Vilar, together with Chef Zor Tan of Born, a one-MICHELIN-star restaurant in Singapore. Organizers said the dinner will highlight modern Asian flavors and storytelling through food.

UnionBank and Visa said cardholders can earn raffle entries for the dining experience through qualified dining and shopping purchases made using a UnionBank Visa Credit Card. Registration via UnionBank TreatsHub is required to qualify.

The promotional period runs from 18 December 2025 to 14 February 2026. The top three UnionBank credit cardholders in dining spend and the top three in shopping spend will automatically receive reserved seats for two.
