Flyers will regain a direct link to the Northern Marianas as Philippine Airlines (PAL) restores its Manila–Saipan route starting March 2026, reopening travel for tourists, overseas communities, and connecting passengers.

The Lucio Tan-led flag carrier said Thursday that the twice-weekly service strengthens PAL’s growing Pacific network, which already includes Guam and Honolulu and will soon expand with new routes to Palau and Cebu–Guam.

As such, PAL is rolling out introductory fares starting at $249 one-way and $389 roundtrip for Economy, and $669 one-way and $1,029 roundtrip for Business Class.

“PAL is dedicated to expanding its global presence to meet the evolving needs of the market, across both passenger and cargo segments, while remaining steadfast in our commitment to delivering service excellence,” said PAL President Richard Nuttall.

“Passengers can look forward to Philippine Airlines’ world-class service and the trademark Filipino warmth and heartfelt care in every journey,” he added.

The return of the route improves access to Saipan for beach and dive travelers from Asia and North America, while giving the Chamorro community a more direct link to PAL’s wider domestic and international network.

Flights depart Manila every Wednesday and Sunday at 7:45 PM and arrive in Saipan at 1:45 AM.

Return flights leave Saipan every Monday and Thursday at 2:50 AM, arriving in Manila at 5:05 AM to support smooth onward connections.

Saipan will become PAL’s seventh U.S. destination, joining Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Seattle, Guam, and Honolulu.
