

Savoy Hotel Manila is rolling out a lineup of holiday celebrations featuring festive buffets and a retro-themed New Year countdown party to welcome 2026.
For Christmas Eve, the hotel is offering a buffet dinner built around comfort and tradition, with dishes such as Italian minestrone, Christmas ham charcuterie platter, seafood paella, chicken à la king, beef callos and slow roast beef shortplate. Desserts include Sampaguita palitaw, ube halaya, tiramisu, churros and halo-halo.
On New Year’s Eve, guests can ring in 2026 with another buffet spread that features assorted cold cuts and cheeses, ebi tempura, paella Valenciana, baked fish fillet, roasted root vegetables, and a carving station with lechon roll and roasted turkey. A dessert station offering themed donuts, cheesecake and halo-halo caps the year-end celebration.
The hotel is also hosting “Denims & Jams,” a poolside countdown party open to both in-house and walk-in guests. The event will feature hits from the 1980s, 1990s and 2000s, with organizers promising a night of dancing, music and New Year festivities under the stars.
Savoy Hotel Manila said its holiday offerings are designed to highlight gatherings with family and friends, pairing buffet experiences with entertainment to mark both Christmas Eve and the arrival of 2026.
The Christmas Eve dinner is scheduled on 24 December 2025 at 6 p.m., while the New Year’s Eve dinner and countdown will be held on 31 December 2025 at 6 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.
