Vespa has opened its new flagship store in Bonifacio Global City, and the location strengthens the Italian scooter brand’s presence in one of Metro Manila’s busiest districts.
The dealership is located at Block 15 on Rizal Drive in Crescent Park West. The launch gathered company executives, local officials, customers and members of the motoring media.
The showroom has a clean layout and bold colors. It also features a wide range of scooters and accessories. The setup makes the store feel like a hangout spot for riders who enjoy the brand’s look and culture.
Taguig City Mayor Lani Cayetano led the ribbon-cutting and thanked Vespa for choosing the city as the home of its newest showroom. She said Taguig welcomes businesses that promote mobility and quality experiences.
She also spoke about the importance of partnerships and community growth, which she hopes will continue as Vespa expands in the country.
Massimiliano Guelfo of Piaggio Italy shared his appreciation for the strong Vespa community in the Philippines. He said the brand feels at home here because Filipino riders appreciate style and community.
Several models drew attention from guests in the newly opened showroom, including the Vespa S with its updated LED headlamp and clear body lines. It has a USB port for charging and an anti-theft immobilizer that activates when the key is removed for safety and security.
The display also includes the updated color lineup, with units in finishes such as Black Convinto, White Innocente, Green Tenace and Yellow Curioso. The store features racks of accessories, including seats, wheels, and decals. Customers can browse, mix combinations, and personalize their scooters.
The opening program included welcome remarks, a blessing ceremony, and speeches from Lani Cayetano, mayor of Taguig City, and Willy Tee Ten, president of Autohub.
Guests joined raffles and a walkthrough of financing options. The store’s team said the new branch aims to serve both first-time riders and long-time Vespa owners. They hope to turn the location into a meeting spot for the growing Vespa community.
