Belle Mariano continues to champion the idea that taking care of yourself is both empowering and essential. Known for balancing a fast-paced schedule with creativity and confidence, she often highlights how simple hygiene and self-care habits help her stay grounded.
“For me, self-care is really important because that’s where you get your energy to present yourself to the world,” she shares. “To show your best version out there, you really need to take care of yourself. There is nothing wrong with forming that kind of healthy relationship with yourself.”
Belle lives by the reminder that “self-care isn’t selfish.” Whether it’s stepping back from social media or spending time with friends, she believes in giving herself space to recharge so she can show up fully in everything she does.
She also keeps her routines practical. One of her personal hygiene hacks: keeping handkerchiefs in all her bags so she always feels fresh and prepared, no matter where the day takes her.
Having grown up using familiar everyday hygiene staples, Belle appreciates products that support her values and her lifestyle. For her, personal care is not just about staying neat — it’s a form of self-expression and a quiet way of showing confidence from within.
