Three suspects were arrested and a stolen motorcycle was recovered following a carnapping incident in Barangay Putatan, Muntinlupa City. on 17 November.
The victim, identified as 31-year-old “Marc Airone” reported that his black Suzuki Raider was stolen from his garage at Camella Homes 2 Subdivision at 3:20 a.m. He alleged that he saw three individuals, two women in a blue motorcycle and one man driving his Suzuki Raider.
The victim also said that the male suspect appears to be armed.
Patrol officers intercepted the suspects and were identified as alias “Russel,” 22; “Kristine Cheyne,” 28; and “Ginamie,” 26. Seized also from the male suspect is one unlicensed caliber .22 revolver.
The three are facing charges for violations of Anti-Carnapping Act and the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act.
Meanwhile, Muntinlupa Police also arrested a man listed third in the station-level most wanted persons in relation to a violation of the Anti-Carnapping Law.
The suspect, identified as alias “Daniel,” a 34-year-old traffic enforcer from Bacoor, Cavite and a resident of Biazon Road, Barangay Poblacion, was nabbed on Monday afternoon during a warrant service operation.
The warrant was served at 3:00 p.m. at Parkville, Barangay Silangan 1 in Rosario, Cavite, with a recommended bail of P200,000.
