The front of a white multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) was wrecked after it rammed a post on the center island of the Kamuning Flyover recently.
The crash occurred at around 1:45 a.m. The 32-year-old driver refused to give a statement, the police said on Saturday.
A responding South Triangle barangay official said the driver may have fallen asleep, noting he smelled of alcohol.
