A love that defies reason — and even time itself — returns to the big screen this Valentine’s season.

In Wuthering Heights, Margot Robbie and Jacob Elordi step into the roles of Cathy and Heathcliff, two souls bound across lifetimes by a passion too fierce to contain.

Directed by Academy Award and BAFTA-winning filmmaker Emerald Fennell, this bold reimagining of Emily Brontë’s iconic novel arrives in cinemas on 11 February 2026.

The story begins on the wild, windswept moors, where Cathy and Heathcliff’s devotion ignites with a purity that soon spirals into obsession. Their connection — romantic, intoxicating, and ultimately destructive —unfolds in Fennell’s daring new vision, transforming a timeless classic into a feverish tale of lust, longing, and madness.

Robbie and Elordi lead a powerful ensemble that includes Oscar nominee Hong Chau, Shazad Latif, Alison Oliver, BAFTA winner Martin Clunes, and Ewan Mitchell. Fennell directs from her own screenplay and produces alongside Josey McNamara and Robbie, with Tom Ackerley and Sara Desmond serving as executive producers.

Behind the camera, Fennell reunites with an award-winning creative team: cinematographer Linus Sandgren, production designer Suzie Davies, editor Victoria Boydell, casting director Kharmel Cochrane, and composer Anthony Willis. Oscar and BAFTA winner Jacqueline Durran brings the world to life through meticulously crafted costumes, while Charli XCX contributes original songs that echo the film’s haunting emotional core.

Wuthering Heights will be released by Warner Bros. Pictures. International screenings begin 11 February 2026.
