Cashing in on the controversial rift between Anjo Yllana and Senator Vicente "Tito" Sotto, showbiz online host Cristy Fermin revealed in a recent report on her online radio program, Cristy Fer Minute, that Yllana has not paid his debt to Willie Revillame.

In an exclusive interview with PEP, Yllana admitted he owed Revillame.

“Willie and I are very close. I reached to Willie. He is very kind. If you know him, he's very generous. Willie helped me. He doesn't want me to pay," Yllana said in Filipino.

Yllana said that there's a cycle in showbiz, sometimes you're up, other times you're down.

"In Eat Bulaga!, sometimes you have salary, sometimes none. Sometimes there's no salary for eight months," he said.

Yllana was Eat Bulaga! co-host for more than two decades, from 1998 until 2020.

After receiving financial help, Yllana made a promise to pay him back but Revillame refused.

"Willie said, ‘It's like this. Pay when able. It's up to you when you would like to pay. If you're already super rich, then go.'" Yllana revealed.

"But here we are, still disabled," he cracked.

Yllana reveals showbiz personalities Revillame helped in the past including former Eat Bulaga! director Bert de Leon who passed away in 2021. Revillame helped in paying his hospital bills and condo unit.

"Willie helped so many including Tito Dolphy in his hospital bills then. Also Cristy, Willie helped him. Willie is kind. That's the truth," he said.
