The Ascott Limited Philippines is all set to take guests on a journey of rewards and celebration with the ASR (Ascott Star Rewards) Caravan 2025, happening on 8 to 9 November at the South Wing Atrium of GH Mall in Greenhills, San Juan City.
Dubbed “Horizons Express,” this year’s two-day event highlights Ascott’s diverse hospitality brands and celebrates the 25th anniversary of Ascott Philippines. The annual caravan showcases the group’s global loyalty program, ASR, which offers members exclusive perks, discounts, and points for every stay.
The ASR Caravan 2025 also gives guests a chance to explore special deals from Ascott properties nationwide—including those in Metro Manila, Bacolod, Iloilo, and Cebu—as well as soon-to-open destinations across the country. Shoppers can score best-rate vouchers for rooms, dining, and events starting at only P2,500, ideal for staycations or holiday gifts.
Adding a playful twist, each Ascott property will be represented by a themed “carriage” in the Horizons Express train, where guests can discover unique activities and promotions. Attendees can also visit Cafe Cubby, join the Cubby Claw Machine game for prizes, and win travel essentials from partners such as KrisFlyer, The Travel Club, Skalp Head Spa, Pili Ani, and Perigon. Complimentary beverages from Breville and Nutrifizz will also be served throughout the event.
The caravan likewise marks the start of Ascott’s holiday festivities. On 8 November, the company will hold a Christmas Tree lighting ceremony featuring Ascott executives, employees, and media partners. The tree will be decorated with limited-edition 25th anniversary Cubby plushies—each purchase of which will support SOS Children’s Villages Philippines, a long-time Ascott beneficiary.
Capping off the event on 9 November is a special performance by international artist Greyson Chance, with an exclusive meet-and-greet for 50 lucky guests.
Ascott’s partners for the ASR Caravan 2025 include Singapore Airlines, The Travel Club, Breville, Pacific Synergy Food and Beverage Corp., Nutrifizz, Pili Ani, Benibana Beauty Hub, Skalp Head Spa, Perigon, BRAND, and Simula Wellness Retreat. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Admission is free for ASR members, while non-members may register on-site for the Discover ASR program to begin their own rewarding journey with Ascott.
